13. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase on kluchea.com you agree to contact us at support@kluchea.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith.
14. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
