Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because Kluchea products are intimate skincare items intended for external personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health, safety, and privacy of all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kluchea.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kluchea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@kluchea.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Kluchea is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
